Upon arrival, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was excellent: quiet, spacious, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The Conacul is not just a wonderful hotel, but a real mansion with a pool, gardens and horse-riding activities. The rooms don't have numbers, but names and each has a unique style - it was very interesting to experience. The owners were very hospitable and we had a really nice stay. We visited in December and I guess visiting in spring/summer would be even nicer.
