Nice little resort, simple facility but good for us when hiking. Breakfast is paid but completely reasonable. Would stay again when visiting theth (1 hour drive, all paved)

Great place and excellent hosts! All the amenities are good and the area is amazing. You will have anything you need and the Vidio’s is amazing! The photos do not do it justice - there are 2 available indoors bathrooms; and the road to the village has now been repaired and redone thus, the place can be reached by any type of vehicle. Highly recommended!

Staying at Theth Guesthouse Freskia felt like stepping into another world, surrounded by breathtaking mountains in every direction. The guesthouse is just a short 7-minute drive from the main valley, perfectly located for all the famous hikes in the area. Breakfast was wonderful, full of homemade ingredients, and their petulas were hands down the best we had in all of Albania. The family running the place are incredibly kind and welcoming, and their hospitality made our stay special. They also serve dinner for 13 euros per person, which is a fantastic deal for Theth, plenty of traditional dishes, all delicious. Our room was a bit cold at night, but they gave us extra duvets that kept us perfectly warm and cozy. We truly loved our stay here. It’s a peaceful, authentic mountain experience, support this lovely family business!

From the moment of arrival, our hostess Rita made us feel right at home and treated us like family. The property was beautiful and rustic, yet had all needed amenities, especially modern bathrooms. Our home-cooked dinner was amazing!

The property was beautiful. It is higher up on the western wall of the Theth valley, offering expansive views of the surrounding peaks and forests. We navigated to the property by foot from the base of Theth, which offered an exciting and breathtaking although strenuous path to the property. Most guests accessed the property via car, which is probably recommended. Compared to other properties, this place has a very authentic and rustic feel. The old stone buildings with hewn wooden interior and simple finishing felt cozy and earthy. The more recently built dining area has a wall of glass windows overlooking the valley, providing breathtaking views during each meal. The meals were truly incredible. The food was so fresh, homemade by hosts in the kitchen of the guesthouse with local meat and produce. The host always provided more than we could finish.

The view was stunning, the room was good and the hosts are wonderful. They do home cooked meals and really look after you.

Not only are the views unparalleled but the host prepares such a huge feast for breakfast and dinner and you share the table with other travellers making friends and conversations over great food! 10/10!

What a beautiful place - we absolutely loved it! Held by a very hard working family, you can feel that this place is loved and cared for, to the last detail. Everything was just perfect, the food was sooooooo delicious. The room - spotless clean. The patio with an amazing view was such a treat after a day of hiking! The whole family - super friendly and kind 🙏
