The value is really good, and the owner is very hospitable. Although she doesn't speak English, she makes a great effort to be helpful. The AC works well, and the balcony our room had was lovely.

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of the town making it easy to get around. There is paid parking right across (20 leva for 24H) if you have a car. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and always helpful.

Location. The beach is one of the best around Balchick - if you prefer wild beaches. Villa. With nature around, everything arranged with love inside. And you feel the hosts care about you

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Eli’s Guest House from June 29th to July 3rd — and we loved it so much that we extended our trip with two more nights. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view and the peaceful vibe of the entire place. We had a huge private terrace all to ourselves where we could just sit for hours, soaking in the beauty and the calm. The pool was crystal clear, with the same amazing view over the sea and hills — such a treat. Inside, everything worked perfectly — strong A/C, good water pressure in the shower, TV, all the essentials — but the real magic was in the atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Stephan, our host. He was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond — even driving us to the bank and downtown to show us where to park, and offering great tips about local attractions. You don’t get that kind of care everywhere, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The quietness, the vibe, and that soul-nourishing view made this one of the most memorable trips we’ve had. We came as guests and left feeling like we found a sanctuary. We highly, highly recommend Eli’s Guest House to anyone visiting Balchik. For the price, the value is unbeatable. The location is close to the sea side. The house is nice and cozy and the owners are very kind.

away from the town (about a 15 minute walk); very spacious and super clean room; very clean kitchen with a washing machine; drying rack attached to balcony of each room; outside of room is a spacious sitting area with two comfortable couches; very peaceful and quiet; room is bright and cheery; shower has hot water and good water pressure; consistent internet; outlets on both sides of bed; outside sitting area with large table and chairs - so nice to eat outside

Villa Viktor is a very nice place for a vacation,very close to the beach, the room very clean,the staff very nice and always ask us if we feel good or if we need something,the pool is great ,nice water and clean ,the kids had a great time playing there ,there is a kitchen where u can prepare anything you want, coffe machine ,microwave and a salon where u can eat, clean and neat.There is parking underground,spatious and the car is in safe.Me,,I definetly recomand this place for a vacation.
