Great place, middle of the city and amazing breakfast!! Will come back everytime :)

The location was great, within walking distance of the bus terminal and the center as well as the lake. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful (different breads, fruit/vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices). A wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hostel Raiz is a fairy tale kind of hostel. I felt I was sleeping and living in one. Probably because of the cosy fire, their nice host and an incredible cat 🐈 to remember. No doubts one of a kind.

The staff are just great, so polite and friendly. This definitely has a homey feel to it. The space in the yard is great, we would all hang out and talk with each other.

Nice location, food was delicious, services great. First come Parking, every day. Only, four slots in front, very secure others need to park on street on curb.

The host is lovely and helped me a lot! Also with agencies of attractions and with laundry.

The staff was amazing. Super accommodating and attentive. The rooms are cozy. The location right next to the supermarket is the best.

Great and lovely host, cosy room with comfy bed, there is a kitchen with everything you need, good volcano view outside hostel, two blocks from main shopping street

I liked the breakfast, it was really good

A little cozy home away from home. It was quiet and outside of the main city a little bit. Just a quick bus ride from Pucón Central. They have a beach access across the road to the lake and they also served breakfast. It felt like I was staying at a relative cabin in the woods. The room was clean with private balcony and access entry. It has everything you may need for a little quiet getaway. The hosts were also super friendly and helpful. We walked past the property entry and they came out to pick us up from the road. 10/10 would stay here again.
