This is an absolutely beautiful gem! Franco, the proprietor, truly cares about the place, and has overseen a gorgeous renovation of the property. Everything shows the touch of an elegant and tasteful design sensibility. Franco is also very helpful and accommodating to the guests.

The staff was amazing, very helpful & attentive! We traveled with our medium size dog and there were lovely parks around the hotel for her to enjoy. Breakfast was great! good endless coffee which was perfect for the chilly Cuenca mornings.
