Amazing! Comfy and well-furnished, two whole rooms with a kitchen, a wood pellet stove, multiple chairs and couches, books about the region... The owner was also very kind and I'm sure she wouldn't have helped if I had any problem. In the center of beautiful Murat. And crazy cheap for all that.

Beautiful old building in the old town of Murat. Parking on the street right across from front door. The interior is beautiful wood, antique furnishings, and elegant decor. Quiet surroundings, comfortable (and large) bed. Easy walking around the town or to the hilltop Madonna. Eateries down down the street.

This is an excellent small hotel with no elevator - in an old, historic building. All went well, and dinner at the hotel restaurant had quite good traditional local food. The owner is a bit of a character - very knowledgeable about the area, but I suspect that speaking decent French might be useful. Easy parking in the street.

The breakfast was very nice. Rachel made a gluten-free chestnut cake for me because I have gluten allergy. I thought that was incredibly nice. It is such a cute, beautiful village, the B and B is in a building that used to be a hotel in the 1850s very nice building. Close to the volcanic mountains for hiking, which were fabulous. A very beautiful place to be in France. We showed up late at night and they were so so kind patiently waiting for us. Just wonderful place. I could see the other guests we’re just as happy as we were with these kind of hosts.
