This was one of the best places we have ever stayed due to the accommodation but mostly because of our host, Laurent. His graciouness and kindness was beyond any expectations. Our room was beautifully appointed, everything was so refined and tasteful as well as comfortable and beautiful. Our meal was a gourmet delight with so many local products and Chef Laurent's special touches. Breakfast was also delicious and in our room. We will come back here and stay longer. It was the most memorable stay of a lifetime.

Our host took us to the top floor of the 'Prison' with views of the garden and the street. It was such an amazing old property that we just loved it. Our host kindly brought our case up to our room. Both the toilet and shower rooms were spacious. It was the perfect place to stay as a number of restaurant was a two minutes walk away. The décor was beautifully done. We both loved the old flooring. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. Thank you so much.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The floors creak when you walk on them like it should in an old chateau but that was part of the charm in this place. The breakfast was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. The host and hostess were very friendly and nice and overall great people! We feel we made new friends! Would definitely stay here again when we return to this area and highly recommend it to everyone.
