Perfect location, much of the things you need to see, are close. The host was nice and kind, place is designed very well and nice, which factor brought us a good mood too. Rooms are clean and bright. We liked to spend our time here very much.

the room was for this price -i paid 40 lari for a stay longer than 2 nights in a very good condition, well equipped compared tonother guesthouses in georgia. especially to mention: warderobe, lots of places to put things and to keep staff organized, shower with curtain, tv and also more than enough space for one person. the behavior of the host was correct and honest, with appropriate distance and no intrusive form of friendlyness. in second day i had a big mess in my room and as i did not tell him that i would stay longe he came after midday into the room ( i didnt locked). i was sleeping in a couch and scene looked a bit like in film hangover. but he didnt discriminate or judge me because of that. he took it very professional. i got also some oil and other small things for cooking including salt, coffee and sugar. when i arrived the room was heated with an electric radiator. cannot complain about temperature. for the solo traveller, this place offers enough.
