The owner is very kind and helpful. He even took me from the border by car at night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place near almost everything. Till the sea is about 7mins walk. Great utsikt från balkongen on surrounding nature. The host was always willing to give advice and showed much of Batumi with his car. He also offers homemade wine and shows 😀 very good sense of humor when we talk. The bed was big and really comfortable so I could have such a good sleep 😴

Recently stayed at an apartment in Sarpi for 7 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach, offering a stunning view of the sea that we enjoyed every day. One of our favorite spots was the cozy balcony with a small, charming table where we often had our meals. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the kitchen appliances or other essentials, everything was provided. The location is also a big plus, being close to the Turkish border, making it easy to cross over if needed. The hosts were incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Plus if you have magti sim card you can get over 150mbs of enthernet which can handle anything.

The Apt is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly family that made me feel at home. Maya was especially helpful, She speak English very well, and made everything easy. Her brother Mamuka was also kind, and their father, although he doesn’t speak English, was very warm, we still managed to understand each other. The location is perfect, close to the Turkish border, and you can even see houses in Turkey while relaxing on the balcony. Definitely recommend. A great stay!

The view is beautiful, and we were a lot of people so the amount of rooms and big porch fitted our needs.

The Villa is amazing. Best place in Kvariati to stay, stunning views. All is modern and very clean. We were looking for 3 rooms in the Kvariati, Sarpi,Gonio area (most beautiful beaches) for a family gathering. The first place we found, a few months before our trip, was Villa Deluxe. But we decided to check around to see what else was available. Spent a few weeks on searching and reviewing options available, always coming back to Villa Deluxe. We booked it and didn’t regret it even for a moment. Archi was in contact right after booking and offered pick up at the airport on arrival, which was very convenient for our relatives who arrived in the morning on check-in day. Since we are relative 3 families he offered us a nice upgrade to stay in a 3 bedroom upscale villa located on the same property. It was a heartbreaking surprise from Archi and family. We got lucky with the weather and enjoyed a beautiful view from windows and property the whole day, and breathtaking sunsets. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach, maybe a little more back, but definitely worth it for the view , nature around and not hearing noise from the busy road going through the town. We had a rental car that took away any hesitation about walking up and down. Archi, a great host, worked hard to make the resort comfortable for guests, and was always helpful with suggestions for restaurants, stores and places to visit in the area. Archil, Thank you brother. Great place to stay close to Batumi! Amazing view and runned by an amazing kind family! They offer good food at amazing prices! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; the bathrooms as well. The pool is great and is also close to the beach and bus stop! They have free laundry!

Super friendly owner Beso. Perfect location, right next to the sea. Rooms are well designed and modern. There is a free private parking inside the hotel gates. Outside is sitting area, ping pong table, pool,hammocks and beautiful palm trees around.

Everything was perfect. Clean environment, ideal location – close to the sea. Warm and welcoming hosts. I will definitely visit this hotel again💞💞
