Guest Houses in Kalymnos

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Agialos! This is a family owned hotel and it truly shows. Nicholas was incredibly kind and accommodating, always answering questions promptly-- he even drove to the airport to check on our lost luggage. The room comes with a mini fridge equipped with a freezer, as well as plates, cups, cutlery, and a kettle for heating up water. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot hot. We appreciated Agialos' close proximity to the supermarket, restaurants, and there is a fresh water dispenser just up the road. But the super star of our stay was the incredible balcony and view of the sea. We enjoyed slow mornings sipping coffee and watching boats leave port, and golden sunsets as the sun sank behind the island of Telendos. Bonus points for the strong and reliable wifi! We cannot wait to return!

Nice design, very comfortable and large room. Everything is very new and modern which is especially great for the bathroom. Location is really fantastic, walking 1 minute down to the beach. Plus amazing view of the beach, mountain, sea and sunset right from the room’s balcony.

We had an amazing stay at Climber’s Village! The apartments are spotlessly clean and in a perfect location right above Mirties—close enough to everything, but just far enough up the hill to be peaceful and quiet at night, with no traffic noise at all. There are convenient stairs right by the building that lead straight down to the main road, so you can be in town or at the beach in minutes. A special shoutout to Philippo (forgive me if I got the spelling wrong!), the proprietor, who is genuinely one of the nicest and most attentive hosts I’ve ever met. He’s friendly, sociable, and really goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need—fresh towels, toilet paper, whatever you ask for, he’s on it. What really impressed us was that he stayed up until 2:30 in the morning to welcome us personally and even organized a taxi from the Kalymnos harbor to the apartments when we arrived late. And then there are the sunsets over Telendos… just spectacular from the apartment porches—honestly, worth the stay for that view alone! All in all, highly recommended—would absolutely stay here again.
