Guest Houses in Kissos

Great apartments in the middle of Kissos. Owner is extremely helpful. We arrived and apparently there was a mistake in the system as they were closed for October (although we could boom via booking). Nevertheless they agreed to open a room for us, prepped it and the kitchen so we could stay the night. Rooms are clean and with nice view. Well equipped. Kitchen is on the same floor and offers coffee, tea and some breakfast snakes. There is parking which is needed as the village has very narrow and steep roads.

The property was in a beautiful location, with a view to the sea and across to the valley. It's a short drive down to Agios Ioannis with it's many Tavernas, supermarkets and the wonderful Plaka beach. It's also an easy drive to Damouchari, Mouresi, Kissos and all the other wonderful little villages in this area. There are Hiking trails all around you and this apartment is conveniently positioned between Tsagkarada to the south and Zagora to the north. The hosts were very kind, friendly people. They gave me eggs from their chickens when I arrived, as well as other bits. The apartment was very clean; the hosts even changed my bed sheets and towels half way through my 1 week stay - which was an unexpected surprise. The apartment has air conditioning, the sofas and bed were comfortable, the water was hot when I needed it and the kitchen appliances all worked well. The free Wi-Fi also worked well, a few drop outs at times like anywhere in the Pelion. There is a table and chairs right outside of the front door of the apartment, which was a nice place to sit and relax in the garden. The hosts live upstairs but I did not find this in anyway intrusive. The small road to the house is well signposted from the main road through Agios Dimitrios. it is a country road but my small Toyota Aygo car had no problems getting from the main road to the house and there is plenty of parking space when you arrive. I had a most pleasant stay at Efi's guest house, It is very competitively priced and I would happily stay there again.

Everything was very very nice. Clean apartment, in a quiet place, 10min drive from beach Agios Ioanis,Papa Nero and Plaka(our favourite). In front of the house is parking with a lot of space. Every day the apartment was cleaned, towels and linen changed on the second day.There is a network and WiFi,.since in some areas of Pelion there is no network at all. One morning we got a delicious fresh home made lokumades(Donuts )... Georgia and her family are so nice and I recommend this place if you want to escape from ordinary tourist places, if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Stavros and Chrysanthy welcomed us like we are a family. They showed hospitality above any expectations. Stavros gave us great local insights and all needed information to have a wonderful time in Pelion. And Chrysanthy is a brilliant cook. You can see all the love they put in maintaining the garden, decorating the interior and taking care of their pets. The location is perfect for visiting all the best beaches in Pelion. We will certainly come back again.

Very friendly family that were there to help with everything nedeed. They give us orange honey as a gift - thank you. The apartment was suitable for 3 people, clean, just like in the pictures. 7 min by car close to the nearest beach- Agii Saranta Beach

Location is good, staff is very polite, Marianna and the owners Eddie and Lola were very nice and welcoming

The view was fantastic, The pool was big and always clean. The hotel team with Yannis were excellent and supportive.

Everything was exceptional. Especially the staff. Very kind lady who treated us very nice and we felt very comfortable. 10/10 would go again.
