This property is off the beaten path but still only a short distance into Limerick. The host is kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was very large, with a sitting area, comfortable bed, high quality linens and a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is available for cooking and was easy to navigate. If you enjoy staying in a casual and homey guesthouse this is a great choice.

Everything, genuine welcome from the owner, easy parking, no stairs, great room, updated bathroom, real shower (not in a tub). Breakfast was excellent and I had dinner next door on the owners recommendation. JP Clarke's 10/10. First class service and excellent food.
