Laxmi mam was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless, with housekeeping taking care of them daily. Cleanliness - excellent. The amenities provided in the room were adequate. The location was convenient. Residential area, but quiet and peaceful.. Several food joints in the near vicinity.Awesome experience. Really good. Comfortable stay. Excellent hospitality . Calm area.Five stars all the way!

Room and washroom were clean, little dusting was needed, which I asked them to do and, cleaned thoroughly the entire room, again for me, staff were very polite and well behaved and, The most amazing thing about the hotel was their manager a young man iqbal helpful and kind person

During my stay at Hotel Kolkata, I had a generally pleasant experience. The facilities were good, and the staff were helpful and courteous throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities, although it did mean the surrounding area was a bit crowded. Overall, the service and hospitality made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Reception and support staff really made it like home. It’s situated at a peaceful location with lots of great restaurants & cafes to explore. Airport transfer by Uber took me 35 mins on a Sunday traffic for 20 odd kilometers. I would definitely book this place when I visit Kolkata next time.
