Guest Houses in Kalpetta

The owner was very polite and helpful, we went there only deciding the places to visit, without any arrangements. Overwhelmed on how to make arrangements, but he booked us a cab and guided us for return tickets. The stay was super comfortable and clean, def worth the money spent. The place is 1 km from the Kalpetta bus stand and can reach within 2 mins and incurs around 30 Rs. For both couples and families the place is well recommended.

Overall the stay was really good , it was pleasing , well-cleaned and the beds were really comfy. The owner was very cooperative both online and offline also the location is situated near the kalpetta town centre. There is good parking space available as well , we brought an XUV700 btw.

The staff working there are really supportive. They took care of us very well. The room facilities are also good. Every thing was clean and hygiene. The Residency located in Kalpetta town, so every thing is easy to access. I suggest family must stay stay here. It's safe and secure.

Location is excellent. The rooms are very cosy and homely. Owner of the property is very generous and kind.

It is neat and clean. Staff and owner behavior also welcoming. Nice property to stay and value for money.

The location & Ambience was gud. The host behaviour wasn't upto the behaviour to be a good host. We had booked on 12/9/25 for 8 people(Family room)which had 3 rooms & other amenities mentioned(attached pic). We were travelling on our bikes,reached by 9PM.When we reached they gave us 3 rooms - 3 double beds & extra beds with only 1 toilet cum bathroom for 8 people.We were 4 Men's & 4 Women's.When asked the host hw is it possible for all 8 ppl - 1 toilet provision.He said it was mentioned in the booking page.In booking reference it wsnt mentioned as one washroom for 3 rooms & as mentioned there is no private pools. For the whole property there is only one common pool. Instead of changing rooms,he kept asking us to pay additional 3K for attached washrooms(money mattered). Isn't it common 1Room cum toilet would be there. When told it's common provision provided by many hosts - he was arguing saying you didn't mention that you had Women's in your troop. When we have booked family rooms it can men's & women's too.If he had only 1washroom for 3 rooms,he should have informed the guests in before & also have also asked who are travelling along being a host. As we had arrived @9PM & check-out was @11AM next day.We didn't pay extra just for washroom.We used the common washroom near the pool as we were the only troop guest in the whole property. Coming to the food, it's not in-house prepared food.They get it from outside & they don't give you what you order.Their menu card is waste.Appam was Kerala parota,Plain ghee rice with no gravy to it,Chilly chicken Gravy for parato became pepper dry roast,2 qty of egg rice had no or 1 egg in it,2 chicken biryani bcm 1qty Mrng compliment Brkfst ws evn worse.Idli & Channa wsn't cooked,Appam ws the dosa.Food & hospitality was worse.Ambience alone doesn't get you good guests,hosting & food also matters.

The Guy there is very helpful, the place is amazing with nature and a stream, I had been there with my son super happy about place, location,service and they also offer a kitchen where we can cook .....Thanks to Dude there sorry didnot ask his name he is cool and helpful person...👍👍👍👍

I liked everything about the property, the location is very beautiful, and service was really very nice
