Great location very close to beach, relaxed atmosphere, helpful owner and front desk guy Akhil. We got into problematic situation with our next booking but they were ready to help us although they were fully booked.

Everything about this place was great. The breakfasts were the best food in 3 weeks traveling India. If only they served dinner. The pool was always a refreshing end to the day. Vishnu and the cooks always had a smile, ready to help in any way. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. 10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach.

BELHAVEN HOMESTAY Loved the stay here. It was clean , comfortable and good location(just 10 min. to kovalum beach. And 5-6 min. to kerela art and craft gallery. The owner, Rani ji was of most help. She guided regarding many things. Extra helpful for our entire stay.My parents were also very much at ease here. I would highly recommend to tryout this homestay and would definitely be sharing with my friends and family.

SreePadmanabhaswamy temple is very close to this property. Walkable distence to North entry to the temple. Staff are very helpful and comfortable. Not expect like hotel facility. It is an ayurvefic treatment center. So empty rooms may kept to give for gusts. But the location is very important to help to reach every city centre easily. Bus station and autoriksha stand is very near. Rooms are clean.. Hot drinking water provides. The security is very good. We are two ladies only gusts . Safety is very good so we like very much. Thank you for the wonderful staff who helped us to stay there with calm and peace.

The location exactly 5 to 10 mins from the Trivandrum Central Railway Station. You can take a prepaid auto and they will cost you 90 Rs for 3 people. Once you touch the west fort arch, after that there is immediate left and 1 min you will reach the location and its a quite residential place. The Owner is so helpful and Hospitality is good. From the stay if you need to reach the padbanamswamy temple it will 15-20 max if you go by walk. and you will end in the West side of the gate also there is one temple running by a trust you can visit that too, and you will see Annnaporna Hotel, Good place to eat on the exit to west side of the gate.
