The place is great and super clean. The location is good, 5 mins walk from the train station. Lovely and welcoming host. I'm glad I booked it on my trip to Parma.

The room was brand new and very elegant. It was furnished with nice and brand new furniture. Every small detail showed that they really care for your comfort. The staff is super nice and helpful. We ate the tastier cheese and prosuto plateau.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean, and what we appreciated was the big bathroom! Staff was very kind and responsive giving us instructions on parking and facilitating our check in.

The room is in a great location, it's super clean and, very important in winter, it was very well heated. So, it was very pleasant. Picking up the key was quite simple: Francesco was there at the exact time we had agreed on. So everything was perfect.

The room is beautifully designed, clean, and located conveniently close to the old town, which made exploring the area very easy. Everything worked smoothly with the parking, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. Communication via the WhatsApp channel was generally very quick and helpful. Clean and had everything you need.

The host was so helpful with a tour that we had booked the wrong date and assisted us with getting it corrected. Also host was great in restaurant choice and even the best things to order. The location at first we weren’t sure bc it’s off a very quiet street but when we got out and walked around we realized it was very well situated to going around Parma and easy walk to everything. We would recommend this place.

This room is in a beautiful historic Palazzo with a perfect location in the centre of the historic part of Parma. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom had modern conveniences (the shower worked beautifully!) and Giancomo was very accommodating and helpful. The high ceilings are gorgeous with painted frescoes. There is no lift to the second floor, but we were ok with that. It’s 20 - 25 min from the train station. A/C worked well. Great place to stay
