Location was excellent, at the centre of city, near the see. And Alberto is amazing host. He allowed us to leave luggage before our check in time and helped us to lift it into the room. The apartment was quite spacious and equipped with everything you needed.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and quiet. Nice views from the terrace. Well kept, provided toiletries, clean towels, clean rugs, very home away from home.

This is an apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood in Santa Margherita. The apartment is about 250 yards from the main area in town. Santa Margherita is right on the water. The streets are lined with little cafes and restaurants, with some pedestrian-only blocks. The waterfront is beautiful, with cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment's landlady is helpful, caring, and friendly. It was interesting to be in a residential area. There are small grocery, drug, and curio stores intermingled between the cafes. We took the ferry to Portofino, just 20 minutes away. A very good place to visit.

Well-located, comfortable apartment with proper air-conditioning. Very clean on arrival. Few minutes from the coast, train-station and main bus stop. Management is responsive and communicated all important details clearly beforehand.

We stayed at Gianpaolo's house for 2 nights with my family. He is an excellent host, very communicative and sincerely answers all your questions about your trip and helps you. His house is spotless and well-maintained. He can also provide a very safe parking place for your car if you want. There is a very successful Italian restaurant near the house, there is also a grocery store and access to various shops nearby. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely stay here again when I am on my way again.
