The location, the comfort, the size of the apartment, everything was great! For short and for long stay. Much thanks to Nicolo, who was very supportive!

The hotel owner Francis went above and beyond for us! After a nightmare trip to the hotel he was so lovely and a life saver. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough. Francis also helped us get to our onward destination! I don’t know what we would have done without him.

Great location and spacious rooms.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The villa was in a great location and the garden terrace was lovely to sit and relax in. All of the rooms were cool and comfortable in the summer heat and the bed amazingly comfortable.

Luca picked us up at the cruise ship, for a fee, at 9am. Our room was ready, so we had an early check in.. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a good continental breakfast. Everything we wanted to see is in walking distance.

The only thing that brought joy was free parking. And it should be mentioned that there is a shared kitchen where you can come in the morning to make coffee. This is convenient, considering that the place does not provide the advertised breakfast.

A darling little “hotel” with a central kitchen area for several rooms. Easy walking distance to all the major sites and plenty of restaurants to suit your fancy. The hosts were able to register our car for $5/day parking fairly close to the hotel - no worries about driving into the ZTL.

(1) Private parking directly in front of apartment made it easy to load and unload the car with ease, (2) location is very walkable to Main Street with shops/restaurants, (3) appreciated the extra blankets, (4) had all the basics you need including the tiny kitchenette area

We loved the room! It was in a great location. We had trouble getting into the property. Had it not been for an Italian gentleman who helped us, we would not have gotten in the building.

The room was pleasant and had windows that faced the garden and the fish pond, which was very pleasant. There was tea and coffee in the room, as well as packed croissants and little crostatas - nice for a basic breakfast or snack. The city centre is within walking distance, and we found a few decent places to eat nearby, and a Conad right across the street. Staff were very responsive and friendly.

Though the entrance at street level doesn't look like much, the facilities once inside are in perfect condition, well maintained, clean and functional. The lighting is great and the bed is comfortable. Also, the location smack in the center of old Ravenna is amazing.

Property is located within walking distance to major sights and within blocks of Piazza Popolo. About 1/2 km from the train station. Room is very modern complete with high tech amenities. Property is very new. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Simone and her Mom were very responsive to any issues or service requests.
