Everything was great. There's a cute restaurant downstairs (both a pro and a cons), but I was able to fall asleep right away and slept like a baby. AC worked fine, there were some inclusive snacks and cold water in the mini fridge. No kitchen as such, but there is a microwave. I only failed to try the small jacuzzi and satellite TV, - didn't really have time for that.

It was homely, clean and not expensive. Also, the bed had like 5 layers of bed sheets, so I am sure that it was kept clean.

The guest house was a wonderful find when we needed it the most. It's a new property with all the comforts for a good night sleep and with a very welcoming host. Even though we arrived very late, we were greeted personally by the owner. And what a surprise we had in the morning - egg breakfast in a small home style restaurant they have down below the rooms (as I understand the restaurant is for breakfast and needs to be prebooked for other meals). It is unusual to have such a service as most small guest houses in Italy do not serve warm breakfast. In addition we enjoyed sitting on the terrace and if we had more time we would have used their large garden. Parking was easy and secure in the courtyard of the guest house.
