The best host, super delicious breakfast and super flexible... I left earlier and they took care of it earlier.

Everything! The room was amazing clean, everything i needed, comfortable, the location was incredible, walking distance to the Main Street Villasimius (shops, restaurants …) the owners were Incredible human beings doing everything they could possibly do when I had a personal problem (my phone completely broke and I was not able to buy one since it was Sunday); they helped me so so much as if I was family! I’ll def go back whenever I’m back in town!

The amenities and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

One of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I’ve ever had on any booking. Breakfast was simple—just a croissant, toast, and coffee—but enough to start the day. The property doesn’t have its own parking, but plenty of spots are available nearby. The beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away and can also be reached on foot.

It was extremely clean and the owner was very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, and has everything you might need: air conditioning, a TV, a fridge, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine. It’s located right in the center, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The host was helpful and everything went smoothly. The only minor downside was that the sound insulation isn’t the best — you can sometimes hear noise from the corridor or neighboring apartments. However, this didn’t affect our overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Palazzo Michelangelo is a modern, exceptionally well-managed and family-owned B+B in the small holiday beach town of Villasimius, which is an hour away from the regional capital of Cagliari. Each member of the family contributed significantly to the enjoyment of my stay, with Tina preparing an excellent breakfast each morning and her son, Ivan, doing a superb job of managing the bookings + communications for the family business. I especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations Ivan offered for my next destination on this trip, Rome. Palazzo Michelangelo is exactly the kind of very well put-together family-owned B+B that I’ve come to admire on my recent trips to southern Italy and I happily give it my highest rating and offer my sincerest thanks to the host family for such a pleasant stay in Villasimius.
