Guest Houses in Azagawa

Amazing space, very clean, perfect view of Mt Fuji in the morning and night with the moonlight! We only wish our stay was longer! Space was new, clean, had everything including laundry detergent and facilities, parking spaces and a tatami room. Great internet speed and a Lawson close by (short drive). This would be a great space for larger groups or anyone who’s looking to cook at home during their stay. The Nintendo Famicom was a great touch. The body soap and shampoo provided was great as well.

i thought it was just an old house, but it was actually pretty nice and clean. all the facilities were comfortable.

We liked everything about Kawaguchiko Station Inn and hopefully, we will be back one day! The owner/main receptionist was the best, provided us with a hose for cleaning our shoes after a very rainy hike as well as pointed us to where the washing machine was. Apart from that the rooms are so authentic and feel so nice to have a change from nice hotels in Tokyo. There was a matcha tea set in the room as well as super nicely fitting robes in the room for the gender-separated spas upstairs. The location is superb in front of the train station or buses for Mt. Fuji hike. The beds we made ourselves were very comfy.

Amazing value and had everything we needed. The access to the BBQs was the best part - we bought some Hida beef from the local butcher to cook on the outdoor BBQ and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Would book this place again over a hotel any day

The host is very kind. He offered tea and took us to the lake on our first day and to the main bus station on our last day

Comfortable beds, warm living room and a nice deep bath. All lovely on a freezing cold day.

We felt very welcomed and warm hospitality from the host. Feels like staying in Japanese home was also great experience and cozy time. And in front of the house, you can sneaky peak of Fuji mountain which always makes your morning happier. 👍🏼
