The Family Beach Villa is located in very quiet neighborhood just between the airport and busy Colombo. So it is perfect place to start or finish your trip. The host family is very friendly and welcoming. Ashan always makes sure everyone is fine and helps to organize your next trip. The beach is not suitable for swimming but Villa has lovely swimming pool. There are couple of nice restaurants around. I will definitely be staying there at the end of my trip. I recommend this place if you are looking for easy quiet time, good for single travelers as for families with little kids.

is a great place. quiet and spacious. kitchen could have a litlle bit more cuttlery but this only if you want to cook. not far from colombo. beach close but not that great in october. staff helpful and friendly.
