The location was absolutely perfect—exactly what we were looking for. The space was modern in every way, yet it still offered a classic charm that perfectly complemented the cozy winter atmosphere. The underground parking was a huge advantage, especially in an area where parking is in high demand. The pool was excellent and added an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to our stay. The staff were wonderful, and Ivan in particular was incredibly helpful, making us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of.

Very nice place, the host was super-attentive and friendly, provides help and information for everything you need. You know some places take insta-care of their guests just by one look - this is one of those. Clean and comfy, complementary water/coffee, AC, Netflix.. everything you need. The best pizza in Skopje is in fact right next to the apartment in the bar called 'Groovelyn', which is also a must visit.

Our stay here was excellent from start to finish. The host was extremely kind, warm, and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the main attractions and restaurants in the city. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Skopje!

I stayed in a dedicated room on the 9th floor and absolutely loved it. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helped me with many things during my stay. I strongly recommend Central Rooms for anyone visiting!

The owner apparently left some croissants and energy drinks for the guests which was fine and unexpected and I really liked it as I came later in the day and most shops didn't work. It's a cool use of space as my room was some kid's private room years ago. The location is great and if you don't feel stuck with two other rooms nearby in the apartment, I recommend it.

Goran and his family were excellent hosts, who did a wonderful job of communicating, and were always happy to answer our questions and help us out. This meant we were easily able to find the apartment, which was about 25 minutes walk from the bus station. Our bedroom and the shared common space was very neat and tidy, and much more modern than we were expecting. Wifi was great and reliable. It was very comfortable and we loved our stay.

I have been traveling everywhere and stayed at a lot of places. The best and most beautiful stay was at SOKO guesthouse so far. Very cozy, comfortable, clean and brand new apartment with the most friendly and welcoming hosts ever. The place is easy reachable, free parking and huge beautiful garden in front. The owner Vane welcomed us very friendly and made our short stay outstanding. I can only highly recommend this place for short or longer stay without any doubt. The neighborhood very very peaceful and quiet. 100 stars out of 10 👏👏👏
