Very convenient location. 4m walk to the square. We'll lit path to walk on in the dark. I was abit nervous about traveling alone with kids and he called me to see if I had any questions and I immediately felt relieved. He spoke good English and was easy to communicate. He upgraded my room (it's low season) and I had a rather private room which meant my kids were abit free. We could see the ruins from our windows. Our room had a small outdoor seating area as well. There's hot water with decent water pressure. Breakfast was made fresh daily. It was the same every day - scrambled eggs, bread and jam, yogurt. Juice and a bowl of fresh fruit. The family was very warm and took us to a local event which my kids enjoyed. Place was very clean. They cleaned my room and changed towels which was unexpected and great.

Staff were wonderful, especially Liz who gave great advice about the area and was very accommodating. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious with an amazing view and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend!

The bed was excellent and newer. The hot water ran all day. The towels and linens were all new and clean. The room was very clean and well kept. The host was very friendly and worked with my bad Spanish. She made me breakfast and coffee so I could hit the ruins early. This was the only place I stayed in ollantaytambo but I don't imagine you will find a better place.
