Really modern, great food, great service

Service is exceptional. We went to the mountains early in the morning and we were missing breakfast , but the staff was very helpful and made us sandwiches for the trip. Breakfast is really good, every day they add something new. The selection of food was great. Location is awesome, really calm and secluded area. Definitely recommend coming here. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable.

Very cool place. We had the entire place to ourselves. Hot tub on the beautiful deck. Really nice place.

Cleanliness is superb , very near to bus stops , only 2.5 km from flix bus station and near railways station , location is perfect place. Cheap price affordable.

Location was perfect, general room quality for the price was also very reasonable. There was also no problems with contact with the host.

Right next to the Zakopane Termy (Hot Springs) with water park with naturally heated waters which was great fun for kids and adults (free for hotel guests). There are smaller rooms with direct access to the indoor water park, but you have to walk across the parking lot to enter the building from the larger rooms, but it was not to bad if the weather is not cold.You can get professional massages of various types as well as physical therapy procedures in spa on the bottom floor of the hotel for around $50 for an hour session. Bowling alley above water park, but you have to enter through a single outside gate opening between hotel and water park ( the water park is much easier to access through the inside of the hotel).

Clean and very nice place. Wiew from balcon with mountains, nice to drink morning tea there.

Everything was perfect,room was clean the staff were so good and the location is near everything in the town. My room was like a magic .

The Hotel was amazing, breakfast was delicious and fres. Best scrambled eggs I have had in my life. All ladies working at the premises were very nice and helpful, felt great there all the time.

Location is close to ski center. Spa is good but opens late
