Amazing staff. The front desk person was so very helpful & friendly. The property is incredible. The restaurant provided delicious food and drink with an incredible view. Highly recommend!

the are was amazing, and quiet during the night, it was close to the statue of Jesus, and there was parking posibility at the property. Very nice terrace with the view over the sea. thank you :)

Very spacious place. Guaranteed NO claustrophobia :) Fully equipped huge kitchen. You can fry, bake, cook seafood like at home. Owner pays attention to important details making your stay comfy. Andre as a host is very open and helpful person :)

Our stay at the villa was almost perfect. We really appreciated the absolute cleanliness of the room, its convenient location, and the hosts’ attention to detail. The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.

Really spacious apartment with modern furniture and pleasant design. Loved the location of the place near the nature and opportunity to explore the surroundings. A barbecue place was a nice addition.

Great host, Antonio, made us feel at home. We took a dip in the pool with the family and enjoyed every second Asked us to write something for his guest book which is a nice touch. Would be my to go to place again in Madeira without a doubt Parking was available outside the property for free

Room, kitchen, sitting area all great

It is very large.and very clean. The view is great. Two minute walk to a small grocery store. The best thing was the very nice people running the place. They left us cookies, beer, coffee, tea and sparkling water. They even gave us a ride to a trailhead for a hike. Great visit!,,

Loved the gardens, outdoor seating and being away from the crowds.

Everything was excellent. The property was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, the view was amazing, and every detail made the stay feel special. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making guests feel welcome.

I didn’t stay in the CBA suits as they have some construction, the owner was very helpful he gave me upgrade to a larger place in Madeira, they transfer me to Madeira luxury Villa apartments it was amazing in everything, the size, facilities and locations I pass on the CBA suits also CBA suits location is fabulous

Beautiful property and Maria went above and beyond for us when we needed to have important documents mailed to us from the USA. She also had had snacks and drinks for us since we were arriving late. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. We hope to return again. Lovely stay

Place of hotel, convenient accomodation, nice view at the ocean and city, lovely breakfast, parking place, polite staff.

The guest house is in a quiet area with public parking space, a bit off the city center which we liked. Although it seems small, the house offers quite many rooms, yet it never seems crowded. Breakfast was really good (buffet with yogurt, fruits, eggs, bacon/pancakes/.., bread, croissants, tea, coffee, juice....) and available from 7.30-10.30. You could even have it on the sunny terrace with sea view. Our room + bathroom were not too big but everything was clean, hot water, soap available. Also there's a kettle and tea, coffee, water in the room. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly (check-in outstanding!). There's also a little library room, where you can borrow books and chill on the couch. We didn't use the pool, but you could. The rooftop terrace with view over Funchal is also great for good weather days.
