The staff was incredibly helpful, and we easily upgraded to a different room type during check-in. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and stylishly designed. Thanks to the high-quality mattresses and pillows, we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was also fantastic—a truly delightful surprise that exceeded my expectations! Special thanks to Carmen and the lady at the front desk for their exceptional help with our room change. I truly appreciate their willingness to accommodate all our requests.

Angela and her husband are amazing people, so warm and welcoming. It was such a unique experience to stay in their home and one of our favorite experiences of the trip. We had the whole house to ourselves and Angela made us feel at home. Every night she made a delicious homecooked meal. It was some of the best food we had on the trip and we had some really amazing food, so that says a lot! The home itself is spectacular, adorned with beautiful vintage art and antique furniture with miniature libraries peppered throughout, everything seemed in it's perfect place. It's obvious she and her husband took great care in decorating their home, down to the smallest detail. She even helped my friend track down some religious artifacts that he had been searching for in Romania. All in all we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting some time in the future. Clean, quiet, impressive. And of course it is history you get to live. Having stayed in the former dictator's apartments it's an experience in itself. Friendly staff and very helpful.
