NorwayNot the first time I stayed here and once again I had a nice couple of days at this B&B. The staff is welcoming and will help you with everything you need. Everything is well maintained and cleanliness is on top. My room was spacious, good lightning with big windows, comfortable bed and very quiet. A good breakfast in the morning (serve yourself) gets you started and of course you will find something for fika as well. Nearby you can find a little beach and walking patch along the river, public transport, supermarkets and it is just a couple of minutes of walking to the city center. Already looking forward to my next stay at Solakoop B&B.

BelgiumThis review is for flat number 3, which looks over the inner yard and is on the lower floor. It is a no frills apartment, with limited space, two beds and somewhat outdated, but does-the-trick furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a micro and a filter coffee machine. Coffee was available. There was no milk and a minimum of what former guests had left. You will have to walk a bit to find some food, so if you arrive late, bring your own or order take-out. There is a hair dryer, an iron and board, some shampoo and some soap. Towels are available as are sheets. For 20-25 Euros more you get a boutique-type hotel downtown, including breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely easy walk to the city centre and 2min walk to a supermarket. Comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious apartment. Great kitchen. Excellent communication, host answered all our questions promptly. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed.

If you like quiet and interesting places this is the one to stay in! Nice host, very helpful. We booked both rooms, so kitchen, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi was for us only (it might be a bit uncomfortable if you share it with strangers). Lots of things for younger kids to explore, playground. Wonderful location in the woods, 10min walk to the lake beach. Blueberries everywhere. Really recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, with all the facilities you need. I also appreciate the equipped kitchen with the possibility to cook your own food. The location is great, the surroundings are quiet, but at the same time everything is within reach. The host also asked if we needed anything.
