Very nice location and manage properly as per requirements and nice garden view. When wakes up in morning and comes out from room then it’s so beautiful outside and greenery also. Very lovely place I will recommending to others let’s stay there for one night then you will definitely prefer in this property every time when you plan to visit Sam Roy Yot. Loved the cottages and the location. Owned by people who own 2 restaurants as well. The food and people were great. Even helped us by letting us rent their vespa for the days I was there. Stayed for 5 nights instead of the 1 initially planned.

We loved this place. It felt super homely. It was such a relaxed place. Very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle from the big cities. We will come back for sure. The housekeeper does not speak English which is no issue at all as she is very efficient with the translation app. She helped us rent a scooter and also with the transportation back to Hua Hin. There is a very beautiful cave in the area which we visited.

The charming small property is owned by a lovely and helpful local couple who are eager to help the guests with all the requests. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very good- despite not being right at the beach front, it was in a quiet location and not far from the beach. We rented motorbikes from the owners, so it was very convenient to get there. The breakfast was pretty good, and there are two small restaurants right next to the property. The pool was pretty nice, good for kids. Our kid loved staying here and playing with the owners’ cat. If we visit this part of Thailand again, we’d definitely stay here one more time.
