United StatesLa Casa is a B&B located in a quiet neighborhood but close to town center, with parking on street in front of house.
House has 3 rooms, albeit comfortable with AC/heat (it is chilly at night late September), somewhat hot shower (finicky boiler with alternating brief spurts of hot water) but wet bathroom.
Breakfast is minimal with breads and jams, somewhat disappointing, as the homebaked bread is rather dry. Given the abundance of apples in the region and harvest time, fresh applesauce would have been a treat rather than apple puree.
Access to large fridge and freezer in hallway to store your drinks.
Very quiet during our stay.
Wifi in our room is spotty but strong in the communal family/dining room.
A few decent restaurants in town, but one needs a car. El Kef probably warrants 1 night stay at most, since most attractions are closed when we were there.

Great location at the edge of the Medina. Parking surprisingly easy. Decoration in the common areas is very nice.

The house was very much in the local style. Lovely large lounge and breakfast area. The hosts were able to provide us with an evening meal at very short notice. They were most accommodating. The property was walking distance from all the key sites in El Kef.

We have been hosted warmly by Saida family. We enjoyed our one night stay, while passing through from Tunis to Kairouan.

The breakfast is good and typical Tunisia one, the family-run hotel is in the city centre. The owner is so kind to let us to use the washing machine for our clothes, it's an added bonus !

Great location just inside the medina.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who run it and you are welcomed with a nice juice on arrival while you fill in the forms. I had left a shirt in the room and someone came running after me in the street a few hundred metres away to return it😁
Very characterful dining area and also within the rooms.
Great breakfast included.
Overall, great value.
