The space is well distributed, very well decorated and clean . However, one of the rooms smelled like humid . But in general I loved it. Getting in was very easy.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great! Short walk (around 10 minutes) to multiple food locations, short drive (around 10 minutes) to Midtown where a lot of attractions are (Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, etc.), medium distance walk (around 20 minutes) or short drive (5 minutes) to Zoo Atlanta. Definitely an up and coming neighborhood! Other reviews speak negatively about the neighborhood and seemingly unhoused people hanging around, but I was not bothered once by anyone on my many walks. You have to remember that this is a city and there will be people around :) On-street parking was available right in front of the main house, which was very useful. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The bed was very cushy! The full size fridge was great for bringing snacks and drinks, as well as to store leftovers from restaurants. The host was very kind, helpful and communicative. Check-in instructions were sent to me on the day of arrival. I would stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything inside was very clean and the home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The fire pit outside would’ve been wonderful if it had not been so cold the time we stayed. I enjoyed the fact that it had plenty of parking space. That is very difficult to find in Atlanta. The communication from the host was great and the instructions for check-in and check out were very simple and easy to understand. This will be my choice of accommodations. The next time we stay in Atlanta! Thank you for everything.
