Clean, well-maintained, comfortable. The owners are fabulous; friendly, well-informed and helpful. There was a nice pool; it’s walking distance to a beach. The grounds were well-maintained, with picnic tables. The office opened each day with coffee and a muffin for guests.

This place was amazing! Everything, the architecture of the house, the owners very kind, the room was super cozy and warm, breakfast delicious, the location very close to the beach and in the middle of the Cape, walking distance to the restaurant nearby. I love this place!

This Cape Cod hotel is 2789 feet away from Hyannis Harbor. The hotel offers an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is an outdoor pool which is open July and August.

The location was very close to Main st and right next to the beach! There was a cute walkway to the beach that was courtesy of the Chatham preservation foundation. It was also very close to the Lighthouse! At low tide, you could see the sand banks!! The inn was very quiet and relaxing, and the sights were absolutely beautiful. We found the price to be very fair considering we were staying in Chatham. The host, Laura, was very very sweet and offered us a complimentary drink for our honeymoon! We didn’t use any of the beach supplies, but it was nice to know how easily accessible they were and how abundant they were! There was also plenty of parking!
