Although it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest station, I’m really glad I was able to stay in such a clean and beautiful place in Los Angeles at this price! Communication with the host owner was also smooth. If I have the chance to stay in Los Angeles again, I would definitely like to stay here again 😊

I loved the area it was located in as well as the place itself. I loved that their was a stove for cooking meals, and modern washer and dryers.

It's a cozy, clean house with a bathroom in every room, which is just fantastic. Highly recommended for families

Check in and out was easy. Communal areas were clean. Loved the kitchen, washer, and dryer that was in unit.

This hotel deserves a positive review — I’m giving it 5 out of 5 for cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall impression. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip across the USA, this one has been the best so far. I’d also like to specifically praise the housekeeping staff — they clearly take pride in their work and don’t just clean superficially, but really make sure everything is spotless.

The guesthouse was clean at our arrival, the bathroom especially. The bed was comfortable, couch and very large TV were nice as well. We were happy to have our own kitchen area and a large fridge to go along with it. Having a private also terrace meant a lot to ensure we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Wifi worked throughout the entire stay, fast, with no connection issues. AC was a life saver. And lastly, the host was kind and very communicative. Value for money is definitely there. Would recommend and will come back for sure!

Almost everything.The room and bathroom was super clean , common places are very new and fresh painted. All furniture were new and the kitchen was well equipped. The entry was super easy, and neighbourhood was relative safe and quiet. I have read on here parking could be a little bit hard , but have found always park spot very easily. Also the price/location balance is amazing . Communication with the host are super easy and they answer immediatly.if you have a car , super room to stay. If we go to LA again we will definitely stay here.
