Great location, very easy to get to from the bus station; 5-10 minute walk from the Kursaal/beach and 3 minutes from wide variety of bars and eating places.
1st floor room (with private bathroom) was clean, spacious and quiet and the pension itself was small, relaxed and easy-going.
Simple check-in procedures using WhatsApp and the host is contactable if needed (we didn't).
For a one-star pension, this is a very good choice.

Great location, so close to the beach and the old town, while still being quiet. Comfortable bed, nice shower (nice to have a private bathroom which is not the case with all Pensions). Immaculately clean. Easy check-in and easy to store bags. Friendly host.

Great location close to the surf-beach and many restaurants very close-by. Great for discovering Donostia on foot. Paulo and his wife are great hosts who could not be more helpful. Some of the tips Paulo gave us you cannot find in any tourist guide. Spotlessly clean.

Very well appointed suite with a communal kitchen. It is super cozy and has all you could want for to have a comfortable stay. The location was great; in a quiet area yet in walking distance to the main parts of towm. Romy and Jesus are charming hosts who go above and beyond expectations to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My flight had to turn back due to weather problems and Romy so kindly helped me to find another flight. Her kind and gentle helpfulness was a real Godsend. I cannot thank her and Jesus enough for their care and attention.

We arrived in San Sebastion by bus from Bilboa and Pension Garage was a 7 euro taxi ride from the bus station. The room was big enough for 2 people and their luggage and was clean and comfortable. The veg was very big and comfortable, the outside blinds made the room dark so we had a great sleep. Despite being in the city centre it was quiet. Very close to the beach. Restaurants very near but just a short walk to many bars. Very helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Perfect location, in the old city, near the beach. During our stay, there were fireworks and festivities, so the streets were full and noisy (but by closing the windows, our room was quiet). Our room had a great view of some of the processions. The lift to the Pension was very old-style and characterful! Would definitely return.
