Excellent breakfast, beautiful room. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were extremely attentive and kind. We had to check out very early in the morning and they offered to have a packed breakfast for us to take away.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Agas. Visiting off-season was a great choice — the price was excellent and the value for money unbeatable. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt fresh, well-designed, and perfectly maintained. The location is also a big plus, right in the center of the island, making it easy to explore every part of Santorini. There’s also a fantastic bakery right next door — absolutely worth stopping by in the morning for a coffee, sandwich, or a fresh croissant. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Agas. A perfect stay from start to finish! 💙

We had a wonderful stay! Maria made us feel like we were visiting good friends. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned every day, towels were changed, and even the dishes were washed. We did not expect such a high level of service. We’ve traveled extensively through Greece and stayed at many hotels across the ratings and price range; this hotel was one of our best experiences. Family run, very attentive and mindful. Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!

Even though the room was "without breakfast included", we found cheese, butter, orange juice, oil, honey and lots of coffee in the fridge and closets. The host was very polite and accommodating. The location is very good. Not so close to the city center to be noisy, but close enough to walk your way there.

The hotel features a stunning artistic aesthetic and tasteful decoration. It is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the central square and right over Asteria beach. The staff was extremely helpful, and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the very start. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, packed with full, local handmade products. Staying here completely upgraded our short vacation in the island. We loved everything about it!
