I needed a place for me and my dog to sleep for the night since I was driving really far. I could book this only one hour in advance and it's pet friendly! Other guests took very well to seeing my dog with me, everything was perfect!

Exceptional facilities. I booked a room. There are only about 3-5 rooms in the apartment (if your booking a room, the cabins ofc are private). The rooms share a wc, shower, a kitchen with everything you need and even a TV area. You only share the area/facilities with other travelers wich is really cosy :) The shared area is also stylish, clean and roomy. And the view, ohh what a great one ! My room had a view over the ocean and mountains. Love the location, short drive to the city (Akureyri) and yet a country vibe in a peaceful area. Also, I didn't get back pain, my back was fine. Stayed for 2 nights, but I often get back pain from hotel beds. The bed was good :)
