Unbelievably friendly staff, great location, nice new facilities. Delicious breakfast and a nice courtyard / porches to hang out in. Housekeeping went above and beyond (eg ironing clothes left out).

Ocean House was a very nice place, a very spacious room, clean and with nice amenities. Their breakfast was the best among all the place I stayed at, with a lot of food varieties. Their staff, especially Primus and the lady at the breakfast were nice people and welcoming. The garden was also an added asset. Only one that that was a bit strange was that there were no slippers offered, but not a big deal, probably culture differences ( as I noticed that that was common in all places I stayed in Namibia). I would go back to Ocean House if I ever visit Swakopmund.

Definitely the people first. Kelly, Jonas and Philip, were all so helpful and warm. I arrived with an open agenda and they made sure I experienced the best tours of the area.
