The owner is very caring and the facility is very neat from inside. The staff needs a bit of training but in Saudia it's kinda the same everywhere in Makkah and Madinah. It's religious tourism so taken for granted most of the time. Salaam Guest is perfect for the Family with own car. Going to and from isn't a big issue, taxis are always available for 5/10 SR a trip
