Location was perfect for me. Night Market just a few steps away yet the room was quiet. You can pickup a baht bus (just 15 baht) a couple of minutes from the hotel which will take you to the two main malls Market Village and Bluport about 10 minutes away and a couple of other weekend night markets (Tamarind and Cicada) that have good food. Jenny speaks English reasonably well. She can help you to organize anything you need. I can recommend Jenny's very highly.

The rooms are spacious, h8gh ceiling and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood, close to da8ly needs and 3 minute walk to heach. I have been to Hua Hin many times. Always a different hotel. This one, I will return to.

What a hospitable guesthouse. We were allowed to check in early in to our small but comfortable room. The bed was firm, the AC worked well, a kettle, it had a small balcony and refrigerator, plus the cutest dog and friendly English speaking receptionist! Only 2 blocks to the nightly street market one way, and a short walk the other way to get to the beach. Many street food and restaurant options plus a 7-Eleven almost across the street. You do need to be able to do stairs, but that shouldn't keep you from staying in this sweet spot.

I wish i knew of this guesthouse a bit earlier, I would have stayed for weeks. I had the balcony room and it was perfect for my yoga. Big room, clean, comfy bed. Downstairs kitchen and livingroom. I just loved it. I will be back!
