Very nice people, always available to help. The free bikes were handy to go to the center and they also organized a sleeping bus for us to go to Huê. The breakfast was good, you could order either fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette or fried rice or noodles.

I have been backpacking in Vietnam for last two weeks and this is the best stay experience I had so far. This is a homestay run by a family and the host lady is amazing. Every time you see her, she would greet you with a big smile and ask for free coffee. She even offered free coffee to my friends who visited me there. Although, she doesn’t speak English but is always there with Google translate to help you out. This host goes way and beyond to help you with anything you need. She even drove me to the bank to exchange a damaged 500.000 note I got from the ATM and was returning the money for the second day as I was leaving in the evening. And not to mention, she has two lovely kids who will offer you candies with a smile. Lastly, she asked me to cancel my grab booking and dropped me to the bus stop. This kinda experience restores your faith in people and makes you think that kindness still hasn’t left this earth. Kudos to all the efforts she is putting in running this homestay. I wish her all the best!

amazing stay with the best host ever, excellent and gorgeous facilities

It has everything, cold AC, comfortable and clean, hot water, newer construction and a hospitable staff at a great price point and just 2 minutes from Tam Coc boat ramp.

Quality bedding and so comfortable! Everything well thought out-places for clothes and luggage etc. Like a nice hotel room in its own bungalow. Beautiful surroundings away from the noise, yet plenty of restaurants in walking distance. This place is a true gem & run by the kindest couple. You’re surrounded by nature and will get great sleep! Book it :)

- Super nice family. Everyone is so friendly and caring. They really upgraded our stay. We almost felt like a part of the family. They always asked how we are and even gave us recommendations on events and best places for New Year’s Eve. - Very clean hotel. You can see your own reflection in the tiles and they mop, so it stays clean. - The location is good. It’s not in Tam Coc centre but I wouldn’t want to stay in the overfull centre, and it’s closer to Hang Mua and other attractions and Ninh Binh’s stores and fee free ATMs like VPBank (as of January 2026). With a motorbike, nearly everything is within 10-15 minutes of driving, including further away attractions. - The room itself was comfy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. - We really liked the free breakfast. You can choose between Banh Mi, pancakes, sticky rice with pork, instant noodles, Bao, and Bun Cha as far as I remember. Comes with coffee. Best to ask for the breakfast item and time that you want the day before. The breakfast was always tasty and a good start to the day. - We rented a cheap motorbike from them, for 100 thousand Dong. Our first bike didn’t start well so we got a different one when we asked, no problems. I would highly recommend getting a motorbike. - They did our laundry fast and took care of it well, and for a reasonable price. - The shower gets very warm and stays that way. But you do have to turn on the heater around 10 minutes in advance. - We booked the bus to Hanoi through them, were picked up at this hotel and brought directly to our next accommodation. The price was better than it would have been had we booked it online plus getting a Grab taxi to and from the bus stops. - The room is exactly how it looks on the pictures.

Honestly, I really enjoyed my time here. The place has a very chill vibe, surrounded by nature, with mountains in front and a river behind, so it feels super peaceful. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to famous spots like Trang An and Hoa Lu, so getting around is really easy. I was warmly welcomed and taken care of very thoughtfully. The room was very clean, and I was really impressed the moment I walked in. I truly enjoyed a complete and satisfying stay here.
