Despite not knowing much english you got the sense that the staff were really trying to make my experience enjoyable but unfortunately they were behind from the start. The traditional Vietam breakfast was superb. They arranged a trip back to Hanoi Airport at a very reasonable price for me which was very much appreciated. The location was not serviced by Grab so the owner personally drove me on his bike for a Night excursion cruise. That too was much appreciated.

The location was convenient as we had in Ha Long only few hours transit. We appreciated very much, that the host waited for us with the check in, we arrived very early - around 04.30 a.m.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room. Very spacious and pleasant, with a great view. I got to watch the sunrise every morning. The owners and all of the staff were so friendly, and generous to me, and made me feel like I was right at home. The price was fair, and the location was perfect. When I returned to the island, I will definitely be staying with them again.
