I checked in at 4 PM after a long day in the park with my grandson. The lovely young lady upfront was as pleasant as she could be, and took such good care of us and was kind of considerate our room was on the first floor, absolutely beautiful, so well done and the atmosphere was incredibly cheerful. Breakfast was hot. The staff was lovely. I will stay again.

Perfect location right on Disney Springs property. The shuttle runs regularly to all the parks (you need a reservation for the shuttle). Loved the coffee and water vouchers in the morning.

I’ve been to London Dorchester and Paris Ritz and Fouquet’s and I was surprised about this amazing modern classy and art nouveau paradise…… yummie kitchen…… all brand new and clever charming elegant and practical….. I recommend❤️❤️❤️

La ubicación es cercana a los parques de Disney y se comparte el shuttle gratis con los otros hoteles de Flamingo Crossings, al ser el segundo hotel del recorrido normalmente vas sentado en el bus del shuttle. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y la nuestra estaba arreglada ya con el sofa como cama, según lo había solicitado en la reserva. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía comoda. Miquel en el check in fue especialmente amable junto con las otras dos personas que hablan español. Recibí dos botellas de agua y un snack como bienvenida y en mi habitación estaba como bienvenida en los TV mi nombre y dando la bienvenida como miembro de Hilton Honors. Es cerca a un Target, Five Below, Walgreens y Five Guys, lo que resulta conveniente. El desayuno es complementario y un día por mi error, baje media hora tarde; sin embargo, Nina fue muy amable y nos proporcionó algunas cosas para comer. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme acá cuando vuelva a Orlando.

Although the photos don’t really do this place justice, even during peak tourist season the resort felt surprisingly comfortable. The apartments are very spacious, and with three pools and roomy common areas, it never felt crowded. There is also a water park, which is a fantastic attraction for kids. Our children absolutely loved it — and we did too. A tip for families: you can buy groceries at ALDI, and don’t forget marshmallows for making s’mores!

Although this was an old hotel our stay was excellent staff, breakfast complimentary drinks and room size were really good.

Everything the parking sometimes was hard but overall Everything else was good will visit it again

How close it is to the airport.

The breakfast was very good. The person's who worked their(the lady who talks with the guest is very friendly. Actually they all treat their guest good.

The place was wonderful with the lake, the piers and all the facilities. The apartment was perfect; it was big, had a complete kitchen, and was very clean. All the rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds. We were five adults and we all enjoyed our stay. The location was also excellent for visiting the amusement parks.
