New and clean facilities. The front desk team is helpful and accommodating. They've been a pleasure to interact with. The concierge gave us great recommendations, and their local knowledge was invaluable. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. In all, the entire staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Kudos to all of them!

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff can speak really good English (thank you Justin Chen) and I was even upgraded to the massive multiple rooms suite in the highest floor! 10/10 recommendation for English speaking tourists. And the breakfast is phenomenal
