Lui and Fox were super amazing upon arrival at the front desk. I loved my room and the view of the mountain/ ski hill was fun! I ordered from the restaurant and guest services were very nice in taking my order along with the two girls who brought my meal to my room. The fireplace downstairs in the lobby was beautiful and inviting.Great location very close to everything in the downtown Wausaw area. A very pretty hotel! I was able to sleep in in the morning with no interruptions and it was very quiet( .I've endured certain other hotels in Wausau where the housekeeping staff will continually keep opening my door starting at around 9am to yell into my room ; asking if I was ready to check out or not. So rude !) This definitely was NOT the case at the Hilton Garden Inn ..thanku ! Will definitely recommend!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Has everything we like...Microwave, refrigerator Glass cups for morning coffee, excellent free breakfast. Very clean. Good efficient elevators. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with great TV. Very comfortable bed. Was a steal for the price we paid for Milwaukee area.

This hotel is located in a building dating from 1892 in a historic area with many old buildings. Therefore, the location is the best: Milwaukee Public Market with many cafes across the street, Lake Front Trail, Art Museum, Harley-Davidson Museum are also nearby. Check in and check out were quick. Cleanliness was top-notch. Location was very good; close to restaurants and the airport. Shuttle bus to the airport was convenient.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful; the location was outstanding; the desk staff was professional, friendly and helpful; the valet was kind and personable; the wait staff in the restaurant was welcoming and friendly; one of the housekeeping staff went way out of her way to help me when I was looking at the architecture of the building. It was nice to see how much she also appreciated the beauty of the structure.
