Fantastic in every way! The apartment had everything and was so incredibly clean and well maintained! Great location close to everything but in a quiet village type of area. The host was fantastic- very welcoming, with great insider information, and drove me around looking to borrow something to inflate my flat tire so I didn’t have to pay tow my car. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Since the room is small, it heated up easily with the AC unit and we were comfortably warm even with a thin blanket. There are two self contained units in the back yard of the home, facing the mountains. The yard has a swing, outside seating and beautiful flowers. Would be a relaxing place to sit if you have the time.

A luxury touch you can not find anywhere in Ksamil. Treat yourself with a stay in these wonderful villas. Many thanks to Angela for her hospitality. Will come back for sure!

Enough sleeping rooms and beds for our large family. On-site parking & air conditioning in every room & washing machine were very comfortable. The host was great. Really did his best to help us with anything missing. Walking distance from the north beaches of Ksamil. The family restaurant is located close by and is a great solution for quick lunch or dinner. The food is great and prices are affordable.

Excellent location! TV broken, mobile signal week hence wifi important...but it was poor

The room was very clean and even if they dont serve breakfast, you have all you need to prepare it in your room. Quite close to the beach. The staff was absolutely nice.

spanking new property, spotless, beautiful high-tech -- So high tech that I didn't know how the AC worked - it's rigged to only turn on when all the windows and doors are shut. Owner did not speak English well but he used Google Translate and communication was surprisingly easy.

i loved this place. could not recommend it enough. the mom who runs this place is such a sweetheart. the room is essentially a cute studio, with everything you need. i was so comfortable here and perfect walking distance to everything i needed. i returned here after visiting neighboring cities as it was so lovely. couldn’t recommend enough 🥰

The location was in the center, 2 minutes from the sea, it was not necessary to move by car. The view from the veranda was perfect. We had a great time.

The location is perfect just a few minutes walking from downtown. The owners are really friendly although it is difficult to communicate. The place is big and very comfortable.
