We were very comfortable here. Had everything we needed. Great layout of the apt, lots of space with a balcony facing the seaside + lots of good lighting. The location is great but best to have a car or use uber. All appliances needed, lots of cupurd space, hot water, AC, blinds, fly screens and so on...

Everything! I think it was the best, the cleanest , the most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed in.

Place was very nice, newly renovated

The villa was just exceptional in every level! We booked it for our whole family of 10 for 10 days. It was our wedding, so we needed to be together, but still to have enough room and feel comfortable. It was just what we needed. The house is spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The host, Lena, was extremely nice and very attentive. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, enjoyable and special. The master bedroom had a big walk in closet. It was perfect to hung all the wedding gowns and suits. The location is near everything, espessially near the "Island", which was our wedding venue. There was also a pool and a nice outdoor space. The kids had a great time, enjoying the pool. I would strongly recommend this villa and would love to go back, again if I had the chance to! Thank you Lena for your hospitality and kindness!

Location was amazing, and we loved the pool!

It was a wonderful place to relax and watch over the city. Sunsets were magnificent and we enjoyed chatting as the lights came up across the city. The pool was just the right size to do laps and float around watching clouds.Thanks to Andreas for being on hand and helping us out.

Perfect location, quiet district, a lot of green around the property and.......just perfect property for your vacation. The host is very kind and responsible. The communication with her is very easy. The house is very clean and there are all amentities - for cooking, for bathroom, for daily routines etc. Even the host had left us tea, coffee, water and so on. View from the property is incredible. And Acropolis and the city center is just 15-20 min far away from the house. You can feel like at home. Thank you a lot Sofia :). We would come again at your home.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I need to add something for TASOS the guy responsible for this apartment: incredible costumer support, communication and help. Been there for anything we needed. We forgot one of the ring to the apartment and made it sure to be delivered to us no matter the hustle. Just thank you for everything. The property was secured and no issues accrued during our stay.

The best part of my stay was an excursion hosted by Nikolas called ***Eat, Drink and Dance All Things Greek*** (This is an experience that our Host provides thru another entity for Tourist in general). If you're in Greece for a short time, this is a must do evening event! It starts with a 5 course Greek meal with Wine from his Family's Vineyards, was served outdoors on his hilltop deck which has an incredible view, of all of Athens. Then off to a few night clubs for live Greek Music and Dancing. What a great time we all had, I will certainly come back again!

Very compact and central area. Easy to get Uber and Bolt rides. Amazing blinds that get the bedroom pretty dark. Good rest.

Charming and beautiful apartment with a unique layout and a narrow circular staircase up to a stunning rooftop patio. Plaka, the sites, wonderful cafes and restaurants all right there as you wind your way through narrow cobblestone streets filled with character. Our host, Christos, was welcoming and instructions and communication was excellent. Short but very sweet stay.

Wonderful location and amazing house. Very well decorated with large sitting areas in the center of Plaka. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this property very much. It has ruins dating to 4000BC in the property! Alexandros was very responsive and helpful. A must stay for anyone visiting Athens.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I love it. The unit is always clean, and the facilities are comfortable. The location is very convenient. If I come back, I will stay here again!

The location of this property is excellent with it being close to shopping and restaurants! It had plenty of room for all 9 of us! We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace in the evening.

Charming, spotless semi attached home in the most charming Plaka location. All the equipment you need for self catering is there. We had no problem with it but if you retire early, bring some ear plugs for the customarily late dinner crowd from the abundant lovely restaurants nearby. Our host was helpful and prompt. We loved it.

Amazing location in Plaka. The property was exactly like it looks in the pictures. We were a family group of six and loved how much space we had. As others have noted, the top floor room is accessed by stairs in one of the double rooms, which worked fine for us (we had one of the kids in that top floor space). Communication with the property was excellent. They were extremely responsive and had someone come by when we had trouble figuring out the nespresso machine. They were also very accommodating with letting us leave luggage after we checked out. We loved our stay at Athenian Niche and would definitely use it again anytime we were in Athens.
