Vacation Homes in Sperlonga

Have you seen the pictures of this house? So, in reality it’s much more beautiful than that! The house is new, modern, very well thought and arranged. Absolutely beautiful! The hosts are very attentive, always available and welcoming. They care a lot for their house but even more for their guests. The pool is rather big, sunny in the morning and shady in the afternoon. The water was always warm for our kids to swim. The house is located 15-20 min drive away from wonderful Sperlonga beach but you definitely need a car to go up and down the hills to arrive there. Check the Host suggestions for grocery shopping at try the meat from the local butcher, it was very good! The shop and a couple of supermarkets are located in a town 10 mins drive away.

The country location was quiet and relaxing. You do need a car to get there but you can contact the property like we did and make transport arrangements. We didn't have a car, came from Rome by train. Alessio was helpful in picking us up in Sperlonga and taking us to the train, when we checked out, in Fondi. The rooms were good size, the bathrooms were very clean and the whole apartment, with the front porch, was very nice. Highly recommend the property.

Noemi was fantastic. She even picked me up from the train station so I didn't have to wait for the bus! Well worth a few extra €. The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect, and had an amazing view of the sea. She even set up my lunch and dinner reservations for me! It was perfect, even in the off season. (Literally me and the locals lol) I would have had no clue where to go or what to do! Close to the beach and the roads to take you up to Old town. Is 20 steps away! Will definitely be back and stay with Noemi.

Benedetto was a fantastic host. The property was perfect for our needs and had an incredible view. Highly recommend!

Close to beach, friendly people

Marco's place was great: a small, but new, spotless and fully equipped and functional apartment, 2min away from the best beaches in Sperlonga and the best restaurants, bars, gelato, etc. Marco and Eleonora were great hosts and very prompt in solving some minor issues we ran into. They suggested some great restaurants and in the end Marco also gifted us some lovely wine. Would definitely recommend this place to couples or small families!
