The staff were completely friendly and always helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us, even with some non-ordinary requests. They were always in touch and responded very fast to any questions or needs, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place also had its own restaurant with a wide selection of food and drinks, so despite being in a more secluded location, we never felt like we were missing anything.

Excellent rooms overlooking a stunning view. Delicious breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Very soft towels and a good bed.

Wow! This place was PERFECT for our El Nido trip with 4 people. The bedrooms are nice with strong AC units annnnd the bathroom is STUNNING!!! 🤩 Words can’t describe how much of a good vibe this place is — you just have to book and experience it yourself ✨ The manager was so friendly and responsive. She’d respond on WhatsApp within minutes which was really helpful. All in all it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend it!

The staff was kind and attentive. Really made me feel at home. The villa was well designed. Cool in the daytime and warm in the evenings. It's adjacent to the beach, so you can have lapping waves to cradle you to sleep. In the morning a beautiful dawn awaits and the realization that you are at one of the most beautiful places on planet Earth 🌏. At sunset, well.. I highly recommend anyone to come and see for themselves an El Nido sunset and to stay at this accomodation for your dream Vacation.

an independent villa near Lio Beach. if you want privacy and tranquility this is the right place for you. the owners were super helpful and as soon as we arrived at the airport they organized transportation to reach the villa. I will definitely be back.

Great design and quality build. Quaint location with kind locals nearby. The pool was so refreshing. A great feature to cool off. The entire place was really well equipped and the hosts were easily available. They also helped us with scooter rentals with a very good local company. Beds were comfy and housekeeping came by regularly to clean the villa. Great water pressure and hot water shower. Top notch villa!

Jonas and all of the staff are very helpful, kind, and communicate promptly through WhatsApp. The AC can make the room cold! The WiFi is very strong and we were able to binge Netflix even through a city-wide power outage thanks to on-site generators. The spa services, specifically the “coffee and coconut scrub,” were very relaxing after the island-hopping tour. Moreover, Jonas is able to schedule you tours on-site and is even kind enough to provide transportation. We were offered free use of the scooters as well but didn’t feel confident driving on the roads. Lastly, each breakfast and dinner item we had during our stay was very delicious, and so we decided to eat there instead of in the city. I plan to come back eventually to do the other island tours, and would be more than thrilled to choose our cozy villa again!

The place was really nice, clean and spacious. We really liked that it looks native but also modern. You also have access to the pool to the main hotel area. Staff are really attentive, helpful and kind. Location is on the quieter area of El Nido but just a short ride to the town.

The whole place was wonderful. We were able to sit and watch the sunset while drinking coffee. The whole place was peaceful. Also, the people working there were absolutely wonderful. Super nice and friendly.

I loved everything this property!! Walking distance to town but in quiet Caalan Beach. Absolutely gorgeous views, beautiful rooms and bathrooms- just lovely!! Get the property with the pool. It's worth it. Great restaurant, Jinger, just down the pathway at Cadlao Resort. Marco is the best. He's so kind and welcoming. He checked on us and made sure we had a ride back to the airport plus offered to stow our luggage after check out so we could enjoy El Nido before our evening flight out. Very accommodating.

The spot was secluded and right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Far enough away from the El Nido Beach scene to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be able to go to town and grab food and drinks when desired. Felt like we were in a smaller village 😊 Good room and great balcony. Front garden area has a lovely hammock overlooking the water.

The place was exactly what we needed to feel like holiday and work at the same time. The WiFi worked great and the place was extremely beautiful. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants, shops, beaches, and was even really quiet in the evening. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Will definitely go back !

My stay at Salao Villas was truly exceptional and unlike anything else in the area. The open-plan architecture, surrounded by lush greenery, immediately creates a sense of calm, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. The private pool was a highlight, offering a perfect mix of sun and shade during the day and stargazing at night. The waterproof poolside bed was extremely comfortable, and the pool itself was refreshing and well designed—ideal for relaxing rather than lap swimming. Attention to detail throughout the villa was impressive. The sunken living room and its smooth connection to the kitchen made the open layout feel intentional and inviting, with a natural flow that made it easy to relax. The bedroom far exceeded expectations, featuring a spacious layout, a very comfortable California king bed with plenty of pillows, and balcony doors that opened directly to the private pool. The open ceiling design added a light, resort-style atmosphere. The bathroom was equally well thought out, with dual sinks and an open-air shower with excellent water pressure and temperature control. Thoughtful amenities elevated the stay, including a stocked refrigerator, easy food ordering, and breakfast arranged through the concierge. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV with free Netflix (and the option to add other apps), and consistently fast, reliable Wi-Fi were all great additions. Despite occasional island power outages, the villas’ powerful generators ensured uninterrupted electricity at all times. The location is ideal—just minutes from Lio Beach with its scenic views and excellent dining options, and only about three kilometers from the town center. Transportation is easy and readily available.

Tranquility, completeness, you wouldn’t want to leave the place just because we had to eat out as we didnt bring food to cook. The Hide is mindful, utmost comfort was in the owner’s mind when she built the place. It uses solar energy for sustainability, complete kitchen appliances and utensil. The bed and beddings were hotel quality. The pool is a bonus. If you want a quiet, tucked away, and undisturb relaxation, this is the perfect Hiding place.

We loved this house! it truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of space and a cosy atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the centre of El Nido where you’ll find great restaurants and bars. Having two bathrooms and a kitchen made our stay feel comfortable and private. The kitchen was a nice communal spot for hanging out together. The staff were wonderful — very helpful with booking tours and scooters, and communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent service, great views

This was an amazing stay. The flat has everything you might need. We stayed for 2 nights here and the view was spectacular. The beds are comfy and big. Bathroom is a bit small and gets noisy when you push the button for the water pressure, but it is not that bad for the duration of the shower. There is a big TV with lots of channels to intertain you, as well as games. Kitchen is well stocked, even with filtered water to drink right away.
