Very clean and well maintained cabin close to various sites in Acadia. Short drives to the national park and hiking trails all within a few miles. Good response from the property managers with a couple of minor issues.

This is a charming little cottage with all of the amenities and little touches you could want! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, paper goods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, basic spices, coffee and tea, and even ziplock bags. There is a stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, and stovetop kettle. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus small bars of soap. There's plenty of lighting options in all rooms. The TV has a built-in DVD player and there are some DVDs provided as well as games such as Scrabble and Monopoly. There are three portable fans available as well, and plenty of pillows. The location was convenient to both Acadia and Bar Harbor - about 20 minutes driving to each (east side of Acadia near Cadillac Mountain). We even had a doe and small buck outside our window one morning!

Quiet location but still minutes to town. Loved the fire pit down by the water.

This place exceeded my expectations and I really loved it. Simple, humble, clean and comfortable cottages. Great location close to the Hulls Cove entrance of Acadia and 12 min to Bar Harbor center. My kids liked the outdoor area and there are grills and a firepit which made cooking simple. The cottage was very clean, spacious enough for a small family and had a good shower. Super easy check in. The screened in porch was large and a great addition to the cottage. Would certainly come back.

The view was insanely beautiful! I saw so many seals, jelly fish, deer, turkey, eagles and fox. I could sit on the deck and watch the tides all day. During high tide, the water it right up to the house, it was spectacular. The beach and rocks were so fun to explore. Loved the house, so clean and what a blast from the past! Beds were cozy and house was well outfitted. My dog loved it, as well. I will definitely be back next year! Also, Craig was super friendly when I had a question.

This home was perfect. I was staying with my friends and their children. One bedroom is downstairs (which was mine), and I felt like the setup afforded peace and privacy from the upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need, and the furnishings were comfortable; it felt like you were home. It is on a quiet street 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Bar Harbor, and I loved the serenity. I would recommend this place.

Perfect location to enjoy quiet side of Mt Desert Island. Easy access to Acadia National Park. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings and a quick walk to Beal's Lobster Pier & Cranberry Cove Ferry.

This was a beautiful little place to stay at. Everything we needed was provided, much like in a hotel (sheets, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, etc., even coffee!). The only thing we needed to get was food. The beds were very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Communication with the host was through text which was great and always very prompt. The location was awesome. Secluded with direct access to the beach but only 10 min from Bar Harbor and the main entrance to Acadia National Park. We loved our stay at the Chalet. One thing I’d recommend for visitors is to also bring bottled drinking water, as the tap water is high in iron and leaves an aftertaste.
