3 story apartment, lots of room. The heat was not working and the hot water in the only shower was not working. So we froze all night and then couldn’t even take a warm shower in the morning. Very disappointing. We did contact someone to let them know but the response back was that they would let their colleagues know and if we stay again in the future that they would give us a gift.
